Service: I absolutely love love love this place. The people are amazing I started going after working down the street about 12 years ago. Since then I have moved about 45 minutes away but when I'm in the mood for actual gooood pizza and have the time to go I'm driving there. Everyone is super nice and friendly and willing to make conversation. It's is a staple in downtown Redlands.
Now for the Food: best fresh ingredients. If you can think about then they can make it for you in a pizza. The offer whole wheat dough, gluten free dough and regular!

It's been a few years since I've been here so I felt I'd write a quick update on my experience. First, the people that work here are really nice, it hasn't changed much since I was last here. I ordered a gluten free olive and cheese pizza to share and it was still as good as I remembered it to be! The crust is okay, not the best but not the worst ( I'm happy to have the option ).
Patronize this restaurant every time I visited SoCal. The ambience brings back the nice memory of casual family dining in streets of Europe. It's located in the historical Redlands downtown E. State street. Strolling in the area after lunch or dinner is very pleasant. Good food quality has been consistent over the years. Price wise, it's considered reasonably affordable. It's an owner/operator restaurant. I shall return.
